UNIFORM PLANNING

Complete Uniform Solution

Bring your garment choices, team sizes and branding requirements into one clear brief. Start with the people wearing the uniform and build an order around their day-to-day needs.

Your team. Your brand. The right details.

WHAT IT INVOLVES

A coordinated order starts with a clear plan.

A uniform order may combine polos, T-shirts, sweatshirts and practical outer layers. The aim is a coherent look without assuming everyone needs the same garment. Consider working conditions, customer-facing roles, movement, layering and how often clothing will be washed.

NxtGen’s workwear collection and printed and embroidered examples give you a starting point. Note the product codes and colours you like, then use the existing enquiry form to describe the team and the result you need. Garment availability, decoration and delivery arrangements are confirmed for the specific enquiry.

PRACTICAL CONSIDERATIONS

Plan the details that matter.

01

Choose by role

Separate requirements for office, site, events or outdoor work. Check whether any role needs a particular protective standard before selecting clothing.

02

Organise practical sizes

Use each selected product’s size guide. Record quantities by garment, colour and size, allowing for layers rather than relying only on the size of an existing shirt.

03

Plan consistent branding

List each logo, its position and approximate size. Keep left-chest and back placements consistent across the range while allowing for pockets, seams and different garment cuts.

PRODUCTS & APPLICATIONS

Put it in context.

A practical brief might combine embroidered polos for daily wear, printed T-shirts for an event and jackets for outdoor duties. List each item separately so sizes, decoration and quantities can be discussed accurately.

FROM ENQUIRY TO AGREEMENT

A clear brief comes first.

Our existing form prepares an enquiry for you to review and send. Submitting a brief is not an order or a production approval.

  1. 01

    Prepare your requirements

List products, quantities, sizes, colours, artwork positions and the date you need the items.

  2. 02

    Review and send

Use our contact form to prepare your brief, then open the email draft and send it to orders@nxtgenent.co.uk from your email app.

  3. 03

    Discuss the specification

Confirm suitability, availability, pricing, preparation requirements and timing for the specific enquiry.

Check before you approve

Before committing to an order, reconcile the final size list with the quote. If a visual proof is supplied, check spelling, garment codes, colour references and decoration placement. Agree the approved version and any changes in writing; a screen visual does not establish exact fabric or thread appearance.

USEFUL QUESTIONS

Before you enquire.

Can different roles have different garments?

Yes, include separate lines for each role in your brief. The available combination of products, branding and sizes will need confirming.

Can we reorder for new starters?

Keep a record of agreed codes and branding. Ask about availability and current pricing when you need more; future stock or identical shades should not be assumed.

What does “complete” include?

Here it means bringing the garment and branding requirements together. The actual supply scope is the one agreed in your quotation, not an automatic managed-uniform contract.

LET’S DISCUSS YOUR PROJECT

Bring us your brief.

Include the product codes, branding and quantities you have in mind. We can discuss the requirements through the existing enquiry route.
