A BRIEF BUILT AROUND YOU

Bespoke Product & Branding Enquiries

Describe the look you want, then explore how existing products and branding can work together for your team, event or business.

Your team. Your brand. The right details.

WHAT IT INVOLVES

Tailor the brief, then agree the possibilities.

“Bespoke” can mean different things. For a NxtGen enquiry, start with selecting existing catalogue products and discussing colours, decoration and presentation of your branding. That can create a distinctive result without implying a garment is manufactured from a new pattern.

A useful brief explains the audience, purpose and intended use. Share reference images for direction, but identify what you like about them: a small chest mark, a bold back print, a coordinated colour palette or a particular garment shape. Include your own artwork and make sure you have permission to use it.

PRACTICAL CONSIDERATIONS

Plan the details that matter.

01

Coordinated workwear

Compare polos, sweatshirts and layers from the workwear brochure. Note where you want a consistent logo and where different roles need different products.

02

Event or campaign clothing

Explain the event date, audience, quantities and how clothing will be used. Temporary campaign text and longer-term company branding may need different approaches.

03

Products beyond clothing

Use the merchandise catalogue to identify items for a separate branding enquiry. The decoration method and usable area depend on the particular product.

PRODUCTS & APPLICATIONS

Put it in context.

A navy polo with a chest logo, a T-shirt with a larger back graphic or a branded bag can be discussed using existing product codes. For merchandise, link the exact catalogue item rather than assuming clothing methods apply.

FROM ENQUIRY TO AGREEMENT

A clear brief comes first.

Our existing form prepares an enquiry for you to review and send. Submitting a brief is not an order or a production approval.

  1. 01

    Prepare your requirements

List products, quantities, sizes, colours, artwork positions and the date you need the items.

  2. 02

    Review and send

Use our contact form to prepare your brief, then open the email draft and send it to orders@nxtgenent.co.uk from your email app.

  3. 03

    Discuss the specification

Confirm suitability, availability, pricing, preparation requirements and timing for the specific enquiry.

Check before you approve

Agree the selected product, artwork version, sizes, colours and branding positions before accepting an order specification. Where a visual proof is proposed, check each view and placement. A mock-up helps communicate intent but does not replace confirming the actual product and decoration.

USEFUL QUESTIONS

Before you enquire.

Does bespoke mean you manufacture a new garment?

Not on this page. The published scope is tailored enquiries for existing products and branding; custom manufacture has not been confirmed.

Can I send a reference photograph?

Yes, use it to explain the outcome you want alongside product codes and your authorised logo files. A reference is not a promise of an identical item.

Can clothing and merchandise be discussed together?

Yes. Keep quantities and branding requirements separate for each product so availability and suitability can be considered individually.

LET’S DISCUSS YOUR PROJECT

Bring us your brief.

Include the product codes, branding and quantities you have in mind. We can discuss the requirements through the existing enquiry route.
