Build a size schedule
List the quantity for each size and style, and check that the total matches the order. If different fits are required, identify the actual product codes.

TEAMS / EVENTS / CAMPAIGNS
Plan a printed T-shirt order with a clear size breakdown, artwork and deadline. Give each part of the project the detail it needs for a useful quotation.

WHAT IT INVOLVES
Printed T-shirts can bring a team, event crew or campaign together. NxtGen’s workwear gallery includes printed T-shirt examples. For a new batch, start by identifying the garment code, colour and purpose rather than assuming every T-shirt will perform or print the same way.
The size of an order is only one part of the specification. A single chest mark is different from artwork on the front, back and sleeves. Separate the total garment quantity from the number of artwork versions, print positions and personalised names or numbers. That distinction makes the enquiry easier to assess.
PRACTICAL CONSIDERATIONS
List the quantity for each size and style, and check that the total matches the order. If different fits are required, identify the actual product codes.
Send the clearest original logo or illustration available. Specify print size, placement, colours and any names, dates or sponsor details that must be checked.
Give the date the shirts are needed for use, not just a preferred dispatch date. Include time for discussion and any proposed artwork approval; timing needs confirmation.
PRODUCTS & APPLICATIONS
Event-crew T-shirts, club clothing and campaign tops are useful starting points. A cotton tee for everyday wear and a performance-style tee for active use may need different fabric and print assessments.

Our existing form prepares an enquiry for you to review and send. Submitting a brief is not an order or a production approval.
List products, quantities, sizes, colours, artwork positions and the date you need the items.
Use our contact form to prepare your brief, then open the email draft and send it to orders@nxtgenent.co.uk from your email app.
Confirm suitability, availability, pricing, preparation requirements and timing for the specific enquiry.
Check the final quantity schedule against the quote and any visual proof supplied. Review spelling, date formats, sponsor marks and the artwork size on different garment sizes. Agree any revised artwork version before authorising the order.
USEFUL QUESTIONS
Include the full breakdown in your enquiry. Confirm available sizes for each selected style and colour before relying on the proposed combination.
Do not assume a discount. The garment, artwork setup, print positions and order details all affect the quote.
Share the date at the start. Stock, preparation and production timing must be confirmed for your enquiry; no date is guaranteed by submitting the form.
LET’S DISCUSS YOUR PROJECT
Include the product codes, branding and quantities you have in mind. We can discuss the requirements through the existing enquiry route.
